【摘要】本文通过分析各种测量结果的影响因素,简述了试验指、棒、销、钩、探针的校准方法,并对测量结果的不确定度进行评定,从而保证校准试验指、棒、销、钩、探针的数据准确可靠,为以后测量试具的不确定度评定提供了参考。

Calibration Methods and Uncertainty Evaluation of Test Finger, Rod, Pin, Hook and Probe

Abstract: By analyzing the influencing factors of various measurement results, this paper describes the calibration methods of test finger, rod, pin, hook and probe, and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement results, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calibration data of test finger, rod, pin, hook and probe, and provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of measurement tools in the future.

试具作为用于检验防止人体触及危险的部件,主要包括触及试具(以惯用的方式模仿人体或工具或类似物件的一部分,由人持有用以检验距离危险部件的足够间隙的试具)、物体试具(模仿固定异物检验物体进入外壳的可能性的试具)、 IP代码试具(用以检验GB/T 4208—2017《外壳防护等级(IP代码)》标准所规定的防护等级的试具)以及其他试具(与IP代码试具不同的试具),具体用途和分类如表1所示。(剩余3141字)
