浅谈低温环境下柴油发动机起动性能特性

【摘  要】文章以东康6CT 3阶段发动机(配装24V 7.5kW起动电机)为分析对象,对低温环境下的柴油发动机起动特性进行初步研究分析,便于后续在低温环境下正确选型蓄电池和计算起动电流提供参考。

【Abstract】Taking Dongkang 6CT 3-stage engine(equipped with 24V 7.5kW starter motor) as the analysis object,this paper makes a preliminary research and analysis on the starting characteristics of diesel engine under low temperature environment,which is convenient for the correct selection of battery and calculation of starting current under low temperature environment.

目前国内柴油发动机生产厂家在出厂时一般仅提供-25℃温度下起动特性曲线,同时蓄电池国家标准GB/T 5008.1—2013《起动用铅酸蓄电池第1部分:技术条件和试验方法》也是在-25℃进行容量、起动电流等参数试验,无论是发动机还是起动蓄电池在-30℃以下极寒温度条件的特性研究较少。(剩余2544字)
