气体发动机燃气喷嘴流量测试系统设计

【摘 要】燃气喷嘴是气体发动机实现气体燃料定量喷射的关键部件,为了掌握燃气喷嘴的喷气流量特性,设计搭建一套流量测试系统,可成功实现对燃气喷嘴的流量参数的测量。经试验验证,系统测量精度高,完全满足测量需求,在燃气喷嘴流量检测、一致性检验、状态判断等方面具有较高的实用价值。

【Abstract】Gas nozzle is a key component of gas engine to realize quantitative injection of gas fuel. In order to master the jet flow characteristics of gas nozzle, a flow detection system is designed and built, and the flow parameters of gas nozzle are measured successfully. The experimental results show that the system has high measurement accuracy, fully meets the measurement requirements, and is of high practical value in gas nozzle flow detection, consistency test, state judgment and other aspects.

燃气喷嘴是气体发动机中实现气体燃料定量喷射的关键部件,其工作特点是根据发动机不同工况对燃料供给量的需求,在毫秒级的时间内向进气道或气缸内喷射出相应体积气体燃料[1]。(剩余3433字)
