浅谈线束原材料降本

【摘  要】汽车线束作为主导汽车线束电流和信号传输的载体，在承载整车功能实现的同时，因其自身包含大量的附件，也就占据比较大的整车成本比例。文章从影响汽车线束的原材料成本入手，分析原材料对成本的影响以及原材料降本方式，以此为汽车线束设计提供参考。

【Abstract】As the carrier that dominates the current and signal transmission of automotive wiring harnesses，automotive wiring harnesses not only carry the functions of the entire vehicle，but also account for a relatively large proportion of the vehicle's cost due to their large number of accessories. This article will start with the cost of raw materials that affect automotive wiring harnesses，analyze the impact of raw materials on costs，and provide reference for the design of automotive wiring harnesses through cost reduction methods of raw materials.
