【摘  要】为支持和推动新能源汽车的发展，中国公共领域车辆全面电动化是当前行业的热点话题。文章以新能源环卫车行业为切入点，介绍驱动电机的关键技术，重点分析新能源环卫车驱动电机的现状以及未来的技术创新与发展趋势，对行业发展起到一定参考作用。

【Abstract】To support and promote the development of new energy vehicles，the comprehensive electrification of public sector vehicles in China has become a hot topic in the current vehicle industry. This article takes the new energy sanitation vehicle industry as a starting point to introduce the key technologies of the motor. It focuses on the analysis of the current situation of motors in new energy sanitation vehicles and the future trends of technological innovation and development，which provides certain reference for the motor industry's development.

2023年1月，工业和信息化部等8部门发布关于组织开展公共领域车辆全面电动化先行区试点工作的通知，全国范围内启动公共领域车辆全面电动化先行区试点工作，试点期为2023～2025年，力争车辆电动化水平达到80%[1-2]。（剩余3410字）
