某特种车辆的国产MCU上电时IO输出口失控问题分析

【摘 要】越野特种车辆关键核心电子元器件需要实现自主可控,需在满足国产化要求的同时也能满足一些特殊低温环境下的使用要求。文章针对某特种车辆车身控制器的国产MCU上电时IO口失控问题进行分析与试验验证,为解决车身控制器功能的不稳定性问题提供一些参考。

【Abstract】The key core electronic components of off-road special vehicles need to achieve autonomous control,which can meet the requirements of localization and also meet some special low-temperature environment usage requirements. The article analyzes and experimentally verifies the issue of IO port out of control when the domestic MCU of a certain special vehicle body controller is powered on,providing some reference for solving the instability problem of the body controller function.
