汽车ABS系统结构原理及故障案例分析

【摘 要】汽车制动防抱死系统(ABS),其功能是汽车在制动过程中自动控制制动器的制动力,使车轮不被抱死,让其处于边滚边滑状态(滑移率约为20%),保证车轮与地面的最大附着力。本文主要论述了汽车ABS系统的组成和工作原理,结合故障案例阐述ABS系统故障的检修及排除方法。

【Abstract】The function ofanti lock brake system(ABS)is to automatically control the braking force of the brake when braking the vehicle,so that the wheel will not be locked and will be in the state of rolling and sliding(the slip rate is about 20%),so as to ensure the maximum adhesion between the wheel and the ground. This paper mainly discusses the composition and working principle of automobile ABS system,and scientifically and reasonably formulates the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods of ABS system combined with fault cases.

1 ABS系统的组成及工作原理
1.1 ABS电子控制单元(ECU)
电子控制单元通过轮速传感器不断检测车轮的状态,通过电磁阀来控制车轮的滑移率保持在一定的范围内,从而保持车辆的稳定性。(剩余3556字)
