【摘  要】本文主要从汽车线束行业的产品研发角度去分析VAVE的目的和方法，通过具体实例方法和VAVE流程步骤经验，介绍VAVE的挖掘方法和执行过程，希望能给没有具体做过VAVE的同仁一些切入点的思考和参考，从而了解VAVE在成本控制方面的意义和作用。

Mining and Application of VAVE Method for Automobile Wiring Harness

【Abstract】This paper mainly analyzes the purpose and method of VAVA from the perspective of product development in the automotive wiring harness industry. Through some specific example methods and VAVE process steps，it introduces the mining method and execution process of VAVE. Through the sharing of experience，I hope to give some I have not done some specific thinking and reference for new employees of VAVE，so as to understand the significance and role of VAVE in cost control.

汽车线束作为汽车最重要、最复杂的零部件之一，由多种物料通过数十种不同加工工艺最终打造成线束产品，在这个过程中如何有效控制成本一直以来都是线束企业研究的课题和方向。（剩余4734字）
