关于消除某车型仪表台异响问题的分析

【摘  要】某新车型量产初期，仪表台异响故障多起，仪表台异响问题严重影响客户使用，引起客户极大抱怨，本文从设计、品质、装配、设备等多个角度对该方向盘干涉异响故障因素做出充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解决此仪表台异响问题。

Analysis on Eliminating Abnormal Noise of Instrument Panel of a Model

【Abstract】In the early stage of mass production of a new model，there were many abnormal noises on the instrument panel. The abnormal noise of the instrument panel has seriously affected the use of customers and caused great complaints from customers. This article will fully analyze the fault factors of the steering wheel interference and abnormal noise from the perspectives of design，quality，assembly，equipment，etc.，and formulate effective measures to solve this instrument panel abnormal sound problem.

1  引言

2021年6～7月，在某车型SOP至今异响问题中，仪表台处异响问题占比总异响问题的47.8％，为异响问题的TOP1问题，已严重影响路试下线的一次通过率，单车返修耗时约30min，返修人数2人，浪费人力资源。（剩余4714字）
