关于消除隐藏式把手功能故障的研究

【摘  要】某车型量产初期隐藏式把手功能失效故障多起，均为无法自动弹出及闭合。隐藏式把手无法弹出及闭合严重影响客户使用，引起客户极大抱怨，本文将从设计、品质、工艺等多个角度对该隐藏式把手无法弹出及闭合故障因素做出充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解决此功能问题。

【Abstract】At the initial stage of mass production of a vehicle model，there were many failures of the hidden handle function，all of which could not pop up and close automatically. The failure of the hidden handle to pop up and close seriously affects the use of customers and causes great complaints from customers. This paper will fully analyze the failure factors of the hidden handle to pop up and close from the perspectives of design，quality and technology，and formulate effective measures to solve this functional problem.
