【摘  要】对一款车型空调系统通过设计计算及单体台架性能测定确定方案，在实际试验过程中发现问题，通过试验验证及问题排查，找到相关问题并调整，最终试验顺利通过。

【Abstract】The air conditioning system of a vehicle model is determined through design calculation and single bench performance measurement. Errors are found in the actual test process. Through test verification and problem troubleshooting，relevant problems are found and adjusted. Finally，the test passes smoothly.
