带防雾漆车灯水珠凝结验证模型研究及对策

【摘 要】分析车灯水珠凝聚的形成机理,提出一种新型的带防雾漆前照灯水珠凝聚的验证模型,探讨在不同温度、湿度、干燥包、透气孔下水珠凝聚的表现形式,并提出相关的优化措施。以某一款日行灯水珠凝聚为例,对水珠凝聚的条件进行分析和验证,并提出相关的解决措施,同时验证了验证方法和验证工况的有效性。

Condensed Droplets Validation for Lamps With Anti-Mist Coating and Its Countermeasures

【Abstract】By analyzing the mechanism of droplets formation inside auto lamp,it proposes a new way to validate the droplets inside auto lamp with anti-mist coating. By investigating the performance of droplets under the different temperature,humidity,dryer and adding another ventilation hole,it puts forward the relevant way to optimize it. As an example of daily running light with droplets,it analyses the condition for the droplets formation and its countermeasures,which proves the feasibility of validation and testing conditions.
