【摘  要】某新车型量产初期车型车门外观不良故障多起，严重影响客户使用，引起客户极大抱怨。本文将从设计、品质、装配、设备等多个角度对该车型车门外观不良故障因素做出充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解决此车型车门外观不良问题。

【Abstract】In the early stage of mass production of a new vehicle model，there were many failures in the appearance of the doors of the vehicle model. The poor appearance of has a serious impact on the use of customers and caused great complaints from customers. This article will fully analyze the factors of the poor appearance of the door from the perspectives of design，quality，assembly，equipment，etc.，and formulate effective measures to solve the problem of bad appearance of the door of this model.
