摘要 为了明确国内智慧农业未来发展政策、任务和目标,阐释了智慧农业内涵和概念等,分析了国内有关战略行动计划和布局、国内智慧农业和国际实际差距、发展特征和发展现状等,并针对国内智慧农业未来发展政策、重点任务和发展目标等提出了相关意见或建议。

Abstract In order to clarify the future development policies, tasks and objectives of smart agriculture in China, this article uses system engineering to analyze the contents and concepts of smart agriculture, analyze the relevant domestic strategic action plans and layout, and analyze the gap between domestic smart agriculture and international reality, development characteristics and development status, and give policy recommendations for the future development of smart agriculture in China Key tasks, development goals and other relevant opinions or suggestions. Foreign countries occupy the international frontier in the fields of agricultural intelligent equipment, agricultural big data intelligence and agricultural sensors; Guided by the trend of large-scale operation and policies, China has made significant progress in the research and development of a series of smart agricultural technologies, such as agricultural data, agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles, environmental agricultural sensors, intelligent algorithms, agricultural remote sensing technology, and domestic products have begun to replace some products. The core content of the high-quality development of domestic agriculture in the period of 2035 guided by the “14th Five-Year Plan” is to develop smart agriculture. For the problems of insufficient effective supply of domestic smart agricultural technology, low level of agricultural mechanization, imperfect market mechanism and policy system, weak rural infrastructure, and fragmentation of farmland plots, the development of smart agriculture in the future needs joint efforts from many aspects, such as policy experiments, technical research Social test and application demonstration, etc.
