说起陕西的风土人情，相信很多人的脑海里都会浮现出这样的画面：在陕北高原上，一个头戴白羊肚手巾的汉子蹲在窑洞前，手里端着盆一样大的碗，大口大口蛭（die）饭。整个场景在黄土的衬托下，显得格外气定神闲、韵味悠长。这样的陕西印象虽不足以代表全貌，但也算抓住了陕西文化的精髓。

When talking about the conditions and customs of Shaanxi，one image often comes to mind.
