低温环境下喷油参数对柴油机燃烧和排放的影响

Influence of fuel injection parameters on combustion and emissions of diesel engine under low temperature environment

Abstract:Inordertostudytheimpactof diferentinjection parameters (numberof injectionholes,injectionangle,injection advanceangle)onthe in-cylindercombustionandemision performanceof diesel engineunderlow temperature environment,a thre-dimensional modelofacertaintypeof direct-injection diesel enginewas established,andcombustionsimulation was carriedoutfordiferentinjectionparametersofdieselengineunderlowtemperatureenvironment.Theresultsshowthatthe fuelinjectionparameters influencethefuelinjectionduration,thefuelspatialdistribution,theswirlinthepitatthebottomof the combustion chamber,the penetration distance and difusionangleof the fuel spray,the fuel-air mixing timeand mixing efect,whichwillafectthecombustionandemisionperformanceof thedieselengine;Thedieselenginecanobtainthebest power performance under low temperature environment when the numberof injection holes is 8,theinjection angle is 150∘ ,and the injection advance angle is 18°CA BTDC(before top dead center). The mechanism of the influence of injection parameters ondieselenginecombustionandemission underlowtemperatureenvironmenthasbeenobtained,which providessome reference for the optimization of diesel engine injection parameters under low temperature environment.
