大数据背景下人力资源管理专业跨境劳务课程体系改革研究

——以广西民族师范学院为例

摘 要:广西民族师范学院人力资源管理专业跨境劳务课程体系的设置,既是专业特色发展的需要,又对跨境电子商务专业提供支持。跨境劳务课程体系通过借鉴OBE相关理念,通过培养目标修订、课程体系的变革、课程体系的组织与运行和课程考核的设置,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The setting of cross-border labor service curriculum system of human resource management specialty in Guangxi Normal University for nationalities is not only the need of professional characteristic development,but also provides support for cross-border e-commerce specialty.The cross-border labor service curriculum system has achieved good results by learning from the relevant concepts of OBE,through the revision of training objectives,the reform of curriculum system,the organization and operation of curriculum system and the setting of curriculum assessment.
