摘 要 新时代背景下，大学辅导员要用新思想、新理论不断的提升自己综合素养和能力，结合自身工作的实际情况，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，促进学生身心健康的全面发展，培养我国特色社会主义优秀接班人，为社会发展作出巨大奉献。

Abstract Under the background of the new era， university counselors should constantly improve their comprehensive quality and ability with new ideas and new theories. Combined with the actual situation of their own work， guided by the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era， they should promote the all-round development of students' physical and mental health， cultivate excellent successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics， and make great contributions to social development.
