深入贯彻OBE理念的本科人才培养探索研究

摘 要 在“双一流”建设背景下,传统的教学理念已难适应现代教育需求,深入贯彻OBE理念,将传统的教师主体转化为以学生为中心,以目标产出为导向,建立教学智慧管理模式,建立健全教学质量评价及反馈机制,可以有效提升新形势下本科人才培养水平,促进本科教学持续改进,推动本科人才实践创新能力发展。

Research on the Cultivation of Undergraduate Talents with OBE Concept

Abstract Under the background of "double first-class" construction, the traditional teaching concept has been difficult to adapt to the needs of modern education. Implementing the OBE concept, transforming the traditional teacher body into student-centered, target output oriented, establishing the teaching wisdom management mode, establishing and improving the teaching quality evaluation and feedback mechanism can effectively improve the undergraduate talent training level in the new form and promote the development of science and education to promote the development of practice and innovation ability of undergraduate talents.
