空气源热泵供水系统BOT模式运行与管理
摘 要:高职院校节约能源和资源的工作是落实国家节能减排政策,建设节约型校园的重要手段。学校针对不同的热水供应方式,不断探索师生洗浴服务项目运行管理,运用BOT模式引进第三方投资,采用空气源热泵供水系统,推动节能降耗、安全可靠的绿色环保可再生能源的应用,达到节约型校园的建设目的。

Abstract: The conservation of energy and resources in higher vocational colleges is an important means to implement national energy conservation and emission reduction policies and build conservation-oriented campuses. Based on different hot water supply methods, the school continues to explore the operation and management of teacher and student bathing service projects, uses the BOT model to introduce third-party investment, adopts the air source heat pump water supply system, and promotes the application of green, environmentally friendly renewable energy that is energy-saving, cost-reducing, safe and reliable, and achieves the goal of building a conservation-saving campus.
