某市政工程顶管施工异常问题处理技术分析

摘  要：某市政项目排水管道顶管施工因地下障碍物、不明管线、地质条件变化等发生较多异常问题，施工单位采取开天窗、逆套管、回退顶管机、调整施工工艺等措施处理，在后续施工中采取微动触探等预防措施，最终顺利完成管道施工。

Abstract： Many abnormal problems occurred in the pipe-jacking construction of drainage pipeline of a municipal project due to underground obstacles， unknown pipelines， changes in geological conditions， etc. The construction unit took measures to open the skylight， reverse the casing， reverse the pipe-jacking machine， adjust the construction process， and finally completed the pipeline construction.

市政工程管道施工中，顶管施工技术较为常用，此方法无需开挖施工，可利用工作坑中的顶进设备提供的顶力抵消管道及其周边土壤摩擦力，再按照设计坡度将管道顶入土中。（剩余6192字）
