主轴承盖螺栓断裂原因分析

摘 要:某柴油机运行过程发生主轴承盖螺柱杆部断裂故障,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、机械性能分析、金相分析和断口电镜扫描分析,发现机械性能远远高于技术要求,氢脆敏感性大,使用过程氢聚集,导致氢脆断裂。

Abstract: The fracture of the stud part of the main bearing cover occurred during the operation of a diesel engine. through macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property analysis, metallographic analysis and fracture electron microscope scanning analysis, it is found that the mechanical properties are much higher than the technical requirements. The sensitivity to hydrogen embrittlement (HE) is high, and hydrogen accumulation in the use process leads to hydrogen embrittlement fracture.
