摘  要：TC500氧氮分析仪是LECO公司生产较为成熟的产品，是钢铁企业检测钢中氧氮含量时较为常用的检测设备，此设备操作简单、性能稳定。但任何设备在长期使用过程中，都难免会多多少少发生一些故障，该文对设备的原理和维护知识进行介绍，通过对出现的故障进行分析，提出解决或减少故障的方法。

Abstract： TC500 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer is a more mature product produced by LECO Company. It is commonly used in iron and steel enterprises to detect the content of oxygen and nitrogen in steel. This equipment has the advantages of simple operation and stable performance. However， in the process of long-term use of any equipment， it is inevitable that some faults will occur. This paper introduces the principle and maintenance knowledge of the equipment， and puts forward the methods to solve or reduce the faults through the analysis of the faults.
