均热板吸液芯结构研究现状

摘  要:随着电子产品热流密度呈指数倍增长,均热板正成为解决高热流密度产品散热问题的技术手段之一。该文首先简要介绍均热板的组成和工作原理,并从均热板吸液芯结构组成出发,描述单一吸液芯结构和复合吸液芯结构的研究现状。最后,探讨均热板吸液芯结构的未来发展方向。

Abstract: With the exponential increase of heat flux of electronic products, soaking plate is becoming one of the technical means to solve the heat dissipation problem of products with high heat flux. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the composition and working principle of the soaking plate, and describes the research status of the single suction core structure and the composite suction core structure based on the structure composition of the suction core. Finally, the future development direction of the soaking plate suction core structure is discussed.
