金属基叠层透明导电薄膜研究进展

摘  要:金属基叠层透明导电薄膜具有优异的光电性能,合理选择膜层材料,设计膜层厚度,可调整其电导率和折射率,在光电器件领域应用前景广阔。该文结合金属基叠层透明导电薄膜目前的研究工作,综述其选材、制备方法及后续处理,介绍金属基叠层透明导电薄膜的相关应用,并对其研究和发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract: Metal-based laminated transparent conductive thin films have excellent optoelectronic properties. Reasonable selection of film materials, design of film thickness, and adjustment of electrical conductivity and refractive index have a broad application prospect in the field of optoelectronic devices. In this paper, based on the current research work of metal-based laminated transparent conductive films, the material selection, preparation methods and follow-up treatment are reviewed, the related applications of metal-based laminated transparent conductive films are introduced, and the research and development trend of metal-based laminated transparent conductive films are prospected.
