基于“数字城市”的入学管理系统设计与实现

摘  要：该文通过分析义务教育入学管理需求及入学报名操作程序，基于数字城市地理空间框架县域节点的建设和运维，采用GIS等关键技术，构建网络报名管理机制，开发入学管理系统，为教育局、学校提供高效的管理工具，为学生家长提供便捷的移动报名工具。

Abstract： This study aims to analyze the compulsory education admission management needs and admission procedures， and establish a network registration management mechanism. Based on the digital city geospatial framework at the county level， we used geographic information system（GIS） and other key technologies to develop an admission management system. The results provide a choice for educational administrations and schools for an efficient management tool， as well as a convenient mobile registration tool for students' parents.

传统的报名管理方式存在现场排长队、手动填写报名信息、因为缺少空间信息表达导致学校、学区分布不够明了、信息管理与共享不便和报名随机派位效率低等诸多弊端。（剩余4677字）
