临港新片区某高层建筑桩基方案优化与应用

摘  要：该文以临港新片区105社区某金融地块为例，结合该拟建建筑场地地质条件和建筑物的构造，对拟建场地勘察成果中桩基方案进行分析；介绍优化后的桩基设计方案，对桩基优化试桩结果进行分析，验证优化后的方案较好的经济性及可行性。该工程施工为临港地区勘察报告中的桩型推荐及桩基参数选取提供参考。

Abstract： Taking a financial block in 105 community of Lingang Special Area as an example， the paper combined with the geological conditions of the proposed building site and the structure of the building， the pile foundation scheme in the investigation results of the proposed site is analyzed， and the optimized pile foundation design scheme is introduced. the optimized pile test results are analyzed， and the better economy and feasibility of the optimized scheme are verified. The construction of this project provides a reference for the recommendation of pile type and the selection of pile foundation parameters in the survey report of the port area.
