PDC钻头钻除可钻式套管桥塞技术分析

摘 要:可钻式桥塞钻除工艺大部分以牙轮钻头为主,该文介绍南海东部某井采用PDC钻头进行桥塞钻除作业过程。对PDC钻头钻除桥塞的参数及后续发生问题进行分析,并对处理措施做一些对应性总结,希望为后续PDC钻头钻除可钻式桥塞作业提供一些参考依据。

Abstract: The drilling technology of drillable bridge plug is mainly cone bit. This paper introduces the process of bridge plug drilling with PDC bit in a well in the east of South China Sea. This paper analyzes the parameters and subsequent problems of PDC bit drilling bridge plug, and provides some corresponding summary of treatment measures, hoping to provide some reference basis for follow-up drillable bridge plug removal operation of PDC bit.

随着勘探事业的发展,近年来南海东部钻遇高温高压井的数量增加,因受台风、作业计划变更的影响,需对高温高压井进行临时弃井作业,增加了下桥塞的几率,但是南海东部区域在使用PDC钻头钻除桥塞技术这一块基本是空白的,本文对该技术在南海东部某探井的使用进行归纳总结分析,为后续类似作业提供了参考借鉴的依据。(剩余4431字)
