基于频谱分析的通风扇故障诊断方法研究

摘  要:空中客车公司A320FAM飞机电子舱通风扇故障是该机型的一个典型常见故障,该故障容易导致航班延误,甚至飞机返航、紧急备降的事件发生。在研究通风扇结构基础上,给出了一种基于振动信号频谱分析的方法,经过仿真分析,该方法可用于诊断电子舱通风扇的早期故障。

Abstract: The failure of the avionics bay fan of the Airbus A320FAM aircraft is a typical common fault of this aircraft, which can easily lead to flight delay, even aircraft return and emergency landing. Based on the study of the structure of ventilation fan, a method based on spectrum analysis of vibration signal is presented. Through the simulation analysis, it is proved that the method can be used to diagnose the early fault of the avionics ventilation fan.
