大直径碳纤维筋锚固技术及试验研究

摘  要:该文将大直径碳纤维筋与超性能混凝土相结合,充分发挥碳纤维轻质、高强、耐腐蚀的特点与超高性能混凝土的高耐久性优点,采用复合式锚固技术,开发配套锚具,确定锚固工艺,分别对Φ12单孔碳纤维筋锚固单元及多孔碳纤维筋锚索进行静载、疲劳试验,证明该锚固技术的可靠性。

Abstract: This paper combines large-diameter CFRP cable with ultra-high performance concrete, gives full play to the characteristics of light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance of carbon fiber and the advantages of high durability of ultra-high performance concrete, adopts composite anchoring technology, develops supporting anchors, determines the anchoring process, and carries out static load and fatigue tests on Φ12 single-hole CFRP cable anchoring unit and porous CFRP cable anchoring cable respectively. The reliability of the anchorage technique is proved.
