教育技术学本科生就业意向及其影响因素分析
——以杭州师范大学为例

摘 要: 为促进教育技术学本科生更好地就业,通过问卷调查对其就业意向与影响因素展开分析。研究发现:绝大多数被调查者存在就业期望薪资过高、就业区域较聚集的现象;家庭经济情况、学生对专业的了解情况和就业自信等方面对教育技术学本科生就业意向有显著的影响。进而从高校、家庭、学生三方面提出建议。

Analysis on employment intention and influencing factors
of educational technology undergraduates
——Taking Hangzhou Normal University as an example

Abstract: In order to promote better employment of educational technology undergraduates, their employment intention and influencing factors are analyzed by questionnaire survey. It is found that most of the respondents have high employment expectation salary, and the employment areas are more concentrated. Family economic situation, students' understanding of major and employment confidence have a significant influence on their employment intention. Further, suggestions are made from three aspects: universities, families and students.
