摘  要: 数字语音处理是采用数字化的方法,对语音的传送、存储、识别、编码等进行数字化处理,涉及多个学科,广泛应用于数字通信、语言学习、自动翻译、人工智能等多个领域。滤波器在数字信号处理中发挥着重要作用。设计一个低通滤波器,对语音信号进行滤波,以获得语音信号的低频分量。

Abstract: Digital speech processing is a digital method for transmitting, storing, recognizing and encoding speech, which involves many disciplines and is widely used in digital communication, language learning, automatic translation, artificial intelligence and many other fields. Filters play an important role in digital signal processing. A low-pass filter is designed to filter the speech signal to obtain the low frequency component of the speech signal.
