Abstract:This article mainly studies the effects of different solution cooling methods on the structure and mechanical properties of Ti15O aloy were studied.The Ti15O alloy sample was heat treatedby different heat treatment methods,andthen the temperature tensile,high temperature tensile,hardnes,microstructureand high temperature creep of the sample were tested and analyzed.The results show that different solution cooling methods have obvious effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material. With the decrease of the cooling rate,the strength of Ti15Oaloy gradually decreases.The tensile strength of Ti15Oalloyatroom temperature reaches when it is cooled by solution water and 1027MPa when it is cooled by air. The plasticity gradually increased,and the tensileelongationat room temperature increased from 8.4% in water cooling to 14.1% inair cooling.In termsof hardnes,it notonlydecreases withthe decreaseof the solutioncooling rate,but also the core hardness of the sample under the same system is significantly lower than the surface hardnessConclusion the analysis shows that Ti15O alloy hasa strong solid solution strengthening effect,the slower the solid solution cooling rate, the more fully the alloying element diffusion,the primary $\mathfrak{a}$ phase gradually grows, the secondary $\mathfrak{a}$ phase slat thickens,thedislocationdensitydecreases,sothe strengthand hardness decrease,andthecreepresistance becomes worse.Conversely,the faster the solution cooling rate,the higher the strength and hardness,Therefore,inorder to obtain high strength and creep resistance,water cooling should be used for solid solution.
