Abstract： As the core engine of innovation-driven in the intelligent era，human-machine collaboration will profoundly shape the way of corporate innovation and competition pattrn of enterprises.In order to explore the impact of human-machine collaboration on enterprise innovation in an uncertain environment，this paper constructs a moderated mediating effect model based on the ambidextrous innovation theory and the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2O07 to 2O22.The results show that human-machine collboration significantly improves the innovation level of enterprises and becomes an important driving force to promote technological breakthroughs and knowledge upgrades，that humanmachine collaboration accelerates the integration and development of exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovationby promoting knowledge creation，and that external uncertainty affects the information processing strategy of enterprises，and further enhances the role of human-machine collaboration in promoting knowledge creation and innovation.The results of heterogeneity analysis point out that the impact of human-machine collaboration on innovation is more significant in economically developed regions and high-tech industries.This study deepens the theoretical understanding of human-machine collaboration on enterprise innovation，and provides an important reference for enterprises to build innovation advantages in the era of artificial intelligence.
