"双碳"目标下陕西制造业数字绿色创新发展路径研究

Abstract: Driven by the “double carbon” goals,digital-green innovation in manufacturing has become a critical path for achieving sustainable development.This study takes Shaanxi Province as the research object,constructs an index system for digital technology and green development in manufacturing,and uses the entropy weight method,coupling coordination model,and Tobit regression model to systematically analyze the current status,coordination level,and influencing factors of its digital-green innovation development.The research finds that although the digital technology and green development of Shaanxi' s manufacturing industry have steadily improved over the past decade,both are below the national average,and their synergistic effect is insufficient,and the digital-green innovation ranks 18th nationwide,highlighting the shortcomings in factor integration and collaborative development.In terms of influencing factors,urbanization and marketization have significant positive effects on digital-green innovation, while the negative effect of government support indicates that policy precision needs urgent optimization,and the impact of opening-up is not significant.The study proposes development paths for digital-green innovation in Shaanxi’ s manufacturing industry: Strengthen digital technology research and development, promote technological transformation and energy-saving emisson reduction applications by building a provincial digital technology innovation center through fiscal subsidies,tax incentives,and industry-university-research colaboration.Enhance digital-green innovation awareness by creating an industry innovation atmosphere through policy incentives,typical demonstrations,and talent cultivation.Rely on urbanization to optimize infrastructure and industrial agglomeration, stimulating green innovation demand. Optimize the government support mechanism, improve implementation efficiency through intelligent policy platforms,and strengthen market supervision and resource allocation efficiency.This research provides a theoretical basis and practical path reference for the transformation and upgrading of Shaanxi’ s manufacturing industry.
