装箱算法在卷烟配载验证系统中的应用

[摘 要]针对上海烟草储运公司实际业务需求开发了卷烟自动配载及验证系统,设计了一种卷烟装车验证算法,根据选择的订单及车辆信息,验证是否能成功装车,并生成装车图,以指导现场装车。通过实际订单数据对算法进行测试,证明了算法的有效性,可以保证装车一次成功率并提高单车满载率。

Application of Packing Algorithm in Cigarette Packing Verification System

[Abstract]According to the actual business needs of Shanghai Tobacco Storage and Transportation Company, this paper develops an automatic cigarette loading and verification system, and designs a cigarette loading verification algorithm. According to the selected order and vehicle information, it is verified whether the loading can be successful, and the loading is generated. Picture, used to guide on-site loading. The algorithm is tested through actual order data to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm, which can ensure the first-time success rate of loading and increase the full load rate of bicycles.
