[摘 要]本研究通过Maxwel软件明确机电液耦合器电磁结构中q轴磁路狭窄问题,明确借助极弧系数调整,可减少耦合器转矩时的波动反应,通过正交试验确定最优参数值:a为10 mm;b为4.8 mm;c为16 mm;d为17.5 mm,并经过模型对比证实优化效果显著。

[Abstract]In this study, Maxwell software is used to clarify the narrow problem of q-axis magnetic circuit in the electromagnetic structure of electromechanical hydraulic coupler. It is clear that the fluctuation response of coupler torque can be reduced by adjusting the pole arc coefficient. The optimal parameter value is determined by orthogonal test: A: 10 mm; b:4.8 mm; c:16 mm; d: 17.5 mm, and the model comparison shows that the optimization effect is remarkable.
