[摘    要]随着当前经济贸易全球化的发展，全球大规模集成数字电路产业的需求增长规模，逐渐从原来市场规模的持续大幅扩张转变为逐年的急剧快速收缩。集成电路的PSD防护技术和低功耗技术成为集成电路制造的关键技术，文章简要讨论了集成电路的发展趋势和关键技术应用。

[Abstract]With the accelerated development of the current economic and trade globalization， the demand growth scale of the global large-scale integrated digital circuit industry has gradually changed from a continuous and substantial expansion of the original market size to a sharp and rapid contraction year by year. PSD protection technology and low power consumption technology of integrated circuits have become the key technologies of integrated circuit manufacturing. This article will briefly discuss the development trend and key technology applications of integrated circuits.
