基于网络摄像机的长输油气管道远程视频巡检的实现

[摘    要]当前我国部分长输油气管道开始实施区域化管理，以HAZOP分析为基础结合站场运行实际进行适应性改造，重点是通过基于高清网络摄像头的工业视频监控改造、新增站场SCADA数据传输链路至区域分中心实现区域分中心对管道沿线站场阀室实行“集中监视”“集中巡检。

[Abstract]At present， some long-distance oil and gas pipelines in my country have begun to implement regional management， and based on HAZOP analysis， they have carried out adaptive transformation in combination with the actual operation of the station. Link to the regional sub-center to realize the "centralized monitoring" and "centralized inspection" of the valve room of the station along the pipeline by the regional sub-center.

我国长输油气管道企业为了适应长输管道的高度自动化，基层推行基于“无人值守站场”的精简作业区管理模式，区域分中心通过视频监控进行远程巡检、通过SCADA终端进行工艺运行参数的集中监视，达到有效释放人力资源，继续解放生产力，突破性提升管道运行管理水平。（剩余4205字）
