[摘 要]直流无刷电动机是一种以电子换向器技术为基础而设计的电机类型,在结构设计上具有一定特殊性,不需要进行电刷设计,因此可以较为方便地进行制造。但是在后续的使用上,存在着一定的问题。文章主要基于当下各行业使用的电机以及控制系统进行相应的分析以及阐述。

[Abstract]Brushless DC motor is a type of motor designed based on electronic commutator technology. Such an AC motor has certain particularity in structural design and does not need brush design, so it can be manufactured more conveniently. However, there are some problems in the subsequent use. In the analysis of this paper, the corresponding analysis and elaboration are mainly based on the motors and control systems used in various industries.

由于直流电机在设计的过程中,往往采用的是直线型设计方式,因此需要在控制的过程中,始终保持较为平滑的运行方式,从而起到增大转矩的调节供电压的效果,这样就可以基于特定的比例线性,调节电机的转速。(剩余4558字)
