建筑工程机械设备维护技术

[摘    要]近几年，国内建筑工程行业发展迅速，在实际工程建设过程中，既要确保工程质量管理工作落实到位，又要定期维修养护机械设备，从而在规定的工期内顺利完成工程。文章针对国内建筑工程中机械设备的维修养护技术开展相关研究。

[Abstract]In recent years， the domestic construction industry has developed rapidly. In the process of actual project construction， we should not only ensure the implementation of project quality management， but also regularly repair and maintain mechanical equipment， so as to successfully complete the project within the specified construction period. Therefore， this paper carries out relevant research on the maintenance technology of mechanical equipment in domestic construction engineering.

1 建筑工程中机械设备现代化管理中出现的问题

1.1 建筑工程管理人员对机械设备管理缺乏重视
