Abstract:A rotor position prediction method based on magnetic flux observation was proposed to address the issues of large rotor position prediction errors and weak stability in the control system of a sensorless synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM)under dynamic conditions.Within the framework of the SynRM flux model,the generalized position estimation error was expressed by an adaptive projection vector (APV).Then,the dynamic model between the position estimation error and the flux observer error can be obtained.By analyzing the unstable region of the system,the flux linkage observer is designed to effectively enhance dynamic performance and robustness. Moreover,the proposed conjugate-error-elimination(CEE)method increases the current-magnetic model detection accuracy by eliminating the error caused by inverter nonlinear and resistance temperature rise which improved the position estimation accuracy effectively. Finaly,the performance and stability of the proposed scheme was validated with experiments on a 0.55kW SynRM drive platform.
