Improved direct torque and direct radial force control for single-winding BSRMWR

Abstract:Due to the power-supply method and double-salient-pole structure,the situations of significant torque ripple and radial-force ripple,and unstable radial force will exist in single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor with wider rotor teeth when applying traditional currnt chopping control strategy.In response to the shortcomings of traditional current chopper control,the reasons were analyzed why the existing selected rules of basic voltage vector are unable to be directly applied to single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor with wider rotor teeth based on the structure and the dual-phased working mode of the motor,combined with the theory of direct torque control of switched reluctance motor. Finally,a diagram of space voltage vector and selected rules of basic voltage vector suitable for this motor were proposed,and a direct torque control and direct force control method based on single winding bearingless switched reluctance motor with wider rotor teeth was studied. It has been verified that this control method not only achieves stable operation of the motor,but also has superiority in suppressing torque ripple and radial-force ripple through simulated software and platform of hardware. This laid a theoretical and experimental foundation for promoting the practical application of BSRMWR.

无轴承开关磁阻电机(bearinglessswitchedre-luctancemotor,BSRM)通过控制定子绕组电流来实现电机转子的旋转与悬浮功能,相较于传统开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM),取消了固定轴承,因此BSRM没有机械摩擦,结合SRM结构简单的特点,具有寿命长、容错性强的特点。(剩余16969字)
