经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗老年前列腺脓肿的疗效分析

【摘要】目的：观察老年前列腺脓肿手术中经尿道双极前列腺等离子电切术（PKRP）的应用效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院78例老年前列腺脓肿患者进行回顾分析，均行PKRP手术，观察手术治疗和恢复情况，比较治疗前后炎症指标，观察预后情况。结果：患者平均手术时间为（50.72±6.10）min，平均低压冲洗膀胱时间为（17.35±5.90）h，平均导尿管插管时间为（4.89±1.36）d，平均住院时间为（11.39±2.40）d；术后3d患者C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、前列腺特异抗原及降钙素原水平均低于术前（P

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the application effect of transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy （PKRP） in elderly patients with prostate abscess surgery.Methods：78 cases of elderly patients with prostate abscess in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for retrospective analysis.PKRP surgery was performed to observe the surgical treatment and recovery，compare the inflammatory indicators before and after treatment，and observe the prognosis.Results：The mean operation time of patients was （50.72±6.10） min，the mean low pressure irrigation time of bladder was （17.35±5.90） h，the mean catheterization time was （4.89±1.36） d，and the mean hospital stay was （11.39±2.40） d；The levels of C-reactive protein，white blood cell count，prostate-specific antigen and procalcitonin in patients at 3 days after operation were lower than those before operation （P
