【摘要】目的：分析非哺乳期乳腺炎患者术前应用抗生素、激素联合手术治疗的疗效。方法：本文选择58例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者进行数据研究，选取时间是2022年7月—2023年6月，按照随机数字表法分组，每组29例。研究组术前应用抗生素、激素联合手术治疗，对照组实施手术治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：相比对照组，研究组术后1个月疼痛情况明显更优，术后1个月的伤口愈合率明显更高，复发率明显更低，组间差异明显，有统计学意义，P

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of preoperative application of antibiotics and hormones combined with surgical treatment on nonlactating mastitis patients

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of preoperative application of antibiotics and hormones combined with operation in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis patients.Methods：In this study，58 non-lactating mastitis patients were selected from July 2022 to June 2023.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method，with 29 cases in each group.The study group was treated with antibiotic and hormone before operation combined surgery，and the control group was treated with surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Compared with the control group，the pain condition of the study group was significantly better one month after surgery，the wound healing rate one month after surgery was significantly higher，and the recurrence rate was significantly lower，and the differences between groups were significant，with statistical significance （P
