【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of applying the knowledge，belief and practice health education model in the nursing of patients undergoing cardiac valve surgery.Methods：120 patients under going cardiac valve surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the basic group and the experimental group using the single or double number method of admission time.The basic group received routine nursing mode，while the experimental group received knowledge，belief and practice health education mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the quality of life score，overall satisfaction rate，health knowledge mastery rate and incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the basic group，with significant differences between the groups （P
