妊娠期高血压病与新生儿体格发育及脑损伤的相关性研究

【摘要】目的：探究妊娠期高血压病与新生儿体格发育及脑损伤的相关性。方法：选取2020年5月—2023年5月我院收治的60例妊娠期高血压病产妇分娩的新生儿为研究对象，设为病例组；选择同期60例正常孕妇分娩的新生儿为对照组。两组新生儿均接受体格检查与颅脑超声检查，比较两组新生儿的体格发育和脑损伤情况。结果：病例组新生儿的双顶径、头围、股骨长、腹围、6个月体重增长率、12个月体重增长率、24个月体重增长率及体质指数均明显低于对照组新生儿，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the correlation between gestational hypertension and neonatal physical development and brain injury.Methods：60 newborns born to pregnant women with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects and set as the case group；60 newborns born to normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.The newborns in both groups received physical examination and brain ultrasound examination.The physical development and brain injury of the two groups of newborns were compared.Results：The biparietal diameter，head circumference，femur length，abdominal circumference，6-month weight gain rate，12-month weight gain rate，24-month weight gain rate and body mass index of newborns in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group，P
