【Abstract】Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of adopting comfortable nursing in the nursing of nausea and vomiting in tumor patients receiving chemotherapy treatment.Methods：From April 2021 to April 2022，120 tumor patients who received chemotherapy treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method，the patients were divided into two groups，with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group received comfortable nursing，while the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores such as physical function，psychological function，social function and material life between the two groups of patients（P>0.05）；After nursing，the quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （P
