【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-designed formula Huayu Xiaocuo Tang in the treatment of nodular cystic acne.Methods：70 patients with nodular cystic acne admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects，and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine，while the observation group was treated with self-designed Huayu Xiaocuo Tang on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the TCM syndrome scores and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group （P
