【摘要】目的：研究风险防控及细节管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年4月—2023年4月我医院妇产科收治的100例住院患者，以随机数字表法将所有患者划分为两组，组别包括观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组行常规护理，观察组则采取风险防控及细节管理，详细对比两组的护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者健康知识掌握度、遵医行为以及自我管理能力评分显著高于对照组，焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪评分低于对照组，护理不良事件发生率和并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组，组间各项指标结果对比后显示有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the application effect of risk prevention and control and detail management in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：100 hospitalized patients admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method，all patients were divided into two groups，including the observation group and the control group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care，while the observation group received risk prevention and control and detail management.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared in detail. Results：After nursing，the scores of health knowledge mastery，compliance behavior and self management ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group，the incidence of nursing adverse events and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group，and the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group，the indicators of the two groups after the comparison showed statistical significance （P
